Beware of Estate Planning Fraud


Estate planning seminars, direct mail advertisements, even telemarketers often promise a one-size-fits-all type of estate planning building on a standard living trust that’s easy to set up as a “fix it and forget it until you need it” trust. Often the “salespeople” move throughout the State of Washington and say they work with an attorney. In reality the attorney is only a figure head and is not involved in writing the trust documents.
