As a business owner, there are implied (given) promises that you are making about your services and products when you sell to consumers. Other warranties and representations you can expressly make to your customers or clients. But be careful if you sell products...make sure you have an lawyer that understands Article 2 of the UCC or you could find yourself in a contract you didn't sign or agree to!
