SUMMARY: There has been a nationwide scam, sending letters to business organizations telling them they need to file their company minutes. The Corporate Compliance Business Division was sending out official looking letters and asking for a filing fee.
The Texas Attorney General filed this petition to stop a version of the scam happening in Texas
