Plaintiff hit by golf ball by member of his golf party. Plaintiff sues golfer. Golfer files MFSJ which is granted by the trial court on the assumption of the risk argument. Plaintiff appeals to PA Super. Court, who reverses the trial court. Case settles for substantial amount before trial on the merits.
