Court's Memordandum and Order re Writ of Mandamus

After waiting for more than four years without receiving a decision on his application for adjustment of status (I-485), Boston, Massachusetts resident Mohamoud Abdi sued U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in a writ of mandamus action. The Court, on summary judgment found for Mr. Abdi, thus compelling the immigration agency to make a final decision on this case.
