Texas v. John Doe

Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Motion to Quash Indictment, Motion to Dismiss, and Brief in Support

Application for writ of habeas corpus challenging Texas's "Online Solicitation of a Minor" statute, Texas Penal Code section 33.021, under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The issue has never been litigated; I welcome any suggestions for improving on the writ.
