In a suit for declaratory judgment of noninfringement, the Federal Circuit reversed the district court's dismissal of the suit for lack of personal jurisdiciton. The Federal Circuit ruled that threatening letters directed to the jurisdiction plus a threatening act while present in the jurisdiction were sufficient for minimum contacts.
