One of the first "engagements" of the Media Bloggers Association in responding to a meritless cease and desist demand and litigation threat against Batesline.com by the Tulsa _World_ newspaper. At least partly as a result of this response, the newspaper backed off from its threats. Reported at <a href="http://www.batesline.com/archives/2005/02/whirled-threate-2.html>Batesline.com</a>.
