Defendant's Application for Leave to Appeal in solicitation to murder wife

This is an application for leave to appeal in solicitation to commit murder case. The issue presented in the case is whether the trial judge properly denied Defendant's motion to withdraw his "no contest" plea for solicitation for murder. The victim was the Defendant's ex-wife. Ultimately, the Court of Appeals denied the application. The application, a legal brief, is useful for case law on the issue of the voluntariness of a plea.
