The Claimant suffers from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Deep Vein Thrombois, Morbid Obesity, peripheral neuropath and degenerative arthritis.

We made the following arguments:

1. The ALJ used incorect standards i.e. arthritis in not fibromyalgia

2. The ALJ failed to grant controlling weight to treating physicians' opinions

3. The ALJ failed to use correct satndars to analyse the combination of ailments, specifically obesity and the effects of claimant's medications

4. RFC

5. The ALJ improperly weighed claimant's credibility evidence as to her symptoms, pain and ADLs pursuant to correct legal standards.
