Appellee's Brief - to support summary judgment against discrimination claims


This brief was filed to support the District Court's grant of summary judgment against an employee's claims for age discrimination, disability discrimination, and age harassment. It required the Ninth Circuit to affirm the exclusion of the employee's evidence that contradicted his deposition testimony, applying Kennedy v. Allied Mutual Ins. Co, 952 F.2d 262 (9th Cir. 1991). The Ninth Circuit affirmed the judgment below.
