CM v. Park Management

Appellant's Reply Brief On Question Of Amusement Park's Negligent Security

California Case - In 2002, appellant was attacked and raped by a group of juvenile males during an event at respondent's amusement park known as "Fright Fest." The attack took place over a period of several minutes and was witnessed respondent's employee, who did not intervene. Appellant sued respondent amusement park alleging negligent security. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of respondent, and the Court of Appeals affirmed, finding that appellant could not establish causation.

Please note that this case is a California case; however, the system would not allow me to enter California as the jurisdiction in the fillable form.
