This case deals with the issue of when a technology vendor will be held responsible for copyright infringements of third parties who use their product. It deals with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, the Staple Article of Commerce Doctrine, and the principles of secondary copyright liability. Several cases were consolidated.

This is the district court's revised order granting the preliminary injunction.
