Petitioner's Reply Brief in LUPA Appeal. A rezone to "Office 150" was requested by developer, and was granted by the City. Petitioner opposed to rezone. Petitioner ultimately prevailed and matter is now on appeal to Division 3 of Washington Court of Appeals. Prior related case won on appeal prohibiting same developer's request for rezone to "Office-Retail 150". Current zone remains Office 35.
