Update 3 - Are contractors covered by a CGL policy in South Carolina?


This opinion replaces the South Carolina Supreme Court opinion filed on January 7, 2011 in which the Court found no coverage under a CGL policy. This new opinion replaces the prior opinion, and the Court finds that CGL policies in South Carolina provide coverage for the stipulated progressive property damages.
