Loud Music Leads to California DUI Arrest

Brown, from Union City, was pulled over in his BMW sedan while driving north on Empire Grade, south of Heller Drive in Santa Cruz. Brown was playing his car stereo excessively loud, according to CHP officer Sarah Jackson.
