Order Requiring Disclosure of Trust Beneficiaries

In a Florida Probate beneficiaries of an estate include beneficiaries of trust if the trust is a beneficiary of the estate and where each trustee is also the personal representative of the estate. In this situation, the Court requires the filing of a notice setting forth the names of the beneficiaries. This is done in order to insure the beneficiaries receive notice of the administration of the Florida probate.
