If you constantly apply Purell hand sanitizer and have to participate in frequent drug tests for work, you may want to re-think your actions or you may be penalized for a California DUI or consuming alcohol even if you haven't had any.

A new study showed participants who applied hand sanitizer, which contains 62% ethyl alcohol, every 5 minutes for 10 hours a day for a total of three days ended up with 4 ounces of alcohol in their system; that's one ounce more than the maximum bottle size you can carry on a plane.
