SUMMARY: MGA, the maker's of Bratz dolls are enjoined from manufacturing and selling the Bratz Dolls.

A jury found in earlier proceedings that MGA's Bratz doll infringed upon the Barbie doll and that the designer of the Bratz doll was an employee of Mattel at the time he created the design.

This order was modified in late December 08 to extend the time that Bratz dolls can be sold.
