Brief in opposition to motion by defendant in a wrongful termination case based on national origin, gender and racial discrimination. Summary judgment was granted in part and denied in part by order dated July 28, 2004 (there is no written opinion) and the case proceeded to trial, which our client won by a jury verdict. The case settled while the jury was deliberating on punitive damages.
