Electronic Privacy Information Center v. National Security Agency

Amended Complaint For Injunctive Relief

In this Freedom of Information Act complaint filed on February 6, 2006 in federal court, EPIC seeks the release of National Security Agency documents detailing the Administration's warrantless domestic surveillance program. EPIC filed a similar lawsuit in January against the Department of Justice, which has played a key role in authorizing, implementing and overseeing the NSA's warrantless surveillance activities.

This is EPIC'S amended complaint in the action.
