Interrogatories to Landlord in Eviction case

Under the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance ("RLTO"), tenants are not only entitled to a JURY demand, but tenants may initiate DISCOVERY. Eviction actions and actions under the RLTO are NOT considered small claims and therefore, discovery is allowed even without order of court. To-be-sure, interrogatories can be much more complex and detailed, but this is an example of same.....parts of this and many forms presented here are "coded" to give the lawyer a head-start on creating "merge-coded" documents for document assembly capabilities on their computers.
