Court order denying defendants' motions for summary judgment


This is a court order denying summary judgment to both the manufacturer and retailer of an aluminum roaster pan which he was using to cook a turkey on Christmas Day. The pan collpased while he was removing it from the oven, causing the hot juices to spill and burn his feet. Plaintiff brought product liabiliyt claims against the manufacturer and seller of the pan. The court was convinced that plaintiff made a sufficient showing on the negligence and breach of warranty counts and denied summayr judgment.
