Pleading by a former tenant under the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance ("RLTO")


Pleading by a former tenant against the former tenant's former landlord under the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance ("RLTO"). This pleading contains several counts for different violations of the RLTO.

Chicago's RLTO applies to ALL residential tenancies with certain exceptions, the main exception being six-flats or less that are owner occupied.
