TechDyne, LLC voluntarily filed for chapter 11 protection on Thursday in an Arizona bankruptcy court. In its bankruptcy filing, the company listed just over $100 million in assets against only $701,313 in liabilities, but most of the asset value claimed was for issued and pending patents listed at liquidation value.
