Last evening, Gov. Kasich signed into law the most extensive overhaul of collective bargaining in Ohio in nearly 27 years. The Public Employees Collective Bargaining Law, or PECPL, will impact public employee's bargaining rights and benefits, even if they are not union members or subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
