Order Remanding Case for New Administrative Hearing


This order is concernng a Social Security Disability case. The U.S. District Court Judge found that that the Administrative Law Judge failed to develop the record regarding the physical and mental demands of Plaintiff's past relevant work. This failure to develop the record was in violation of Social Security Ruling 82-62.

The case was remanded for a new hearing.
