Kutcher Twitter-Punk'd & FTC/Twitter Data Breach Settlement


The attached article provides details about the FTC's recently-finalized settlement with Twitter about the company's alleged data security deficiencies that allowed hackers to gain administrative control of the site twice in 2009. The article also discusses the recent hacking of Ashton Kutcher's Twitter account. Each of those recent events highlights the continuing data security and privacy issues that businesses and individuals currently face.
