Based on what we’d heard all day at The Hildebrandt Institute and West LegalEdcenter’s Social & Digital Media for Law Firms Forum, LexBlog CEO Kevin O’Keefe‘s opinion that content isn’t the most important thing in social media marketing was somewhat contrarian. As he explains in his interview with LXBN TV, relationships are the most important thing in social media, and content is one the route through which to arrive at those. He also chimes in on why evaluating social media on direct ROI is the wrong line of thinking.
