On January 15, 2014 Nancie and Roger Marzulla broadcast a courthouse steps report on the Supreme Court oral argument in Brandt Revocable Trust v. United States, a case in which the Government claims that it owns an implied reversionary interest in all land over which it granted railroad rights of way under the General Railroad Right of Way Act of 1875.
