Respondent's Opening Brief On Issue Of Attorney Disqualification For Representing Adverse Interests


Respondent filed a motion to disqualify defense counsel in the trial court for violation of Rule 3-310 (avoiding the representation of adverse interests). The motion was granted, and Petitioner appealed. On appeal, the Court of Appeal upheld the trial court's order.
