Robinson v. Christianson Air Conditioning

This auto accident occurred at an intersection in Round Rock, TX on November 8, 2007, between our client's SUV, and a white panel truck belonging to Christianson Air Conditioning. Our client previously had another attorney, who apparently dropped the case soon after Christianson's insurance carrier denied liability. She then came to our firm, and we filed suit and began deposing the key eyewitnesses in the case. The trial was set for summer of 2010. At a mediation conference in early 2010, the carrier made its first (and only) offer of $8,000.00 to settle the case. We rejected that offer and decided to go to trial, with the firm belief that we had gotten the necessary evidence and testimony to win. The jury agreed, and we obtained a verdict of well over $20,000.00. This formal judgment form sets out the total damages, interest, court costs, and other items for the judge's signature.
