U.S. Department of Labor fines Maryland Public Schools almost 2 million dollars and orders it to pay almost 5 million in back wages. Don't be left in the dark when it comes to filing and H1B application. Whether you've found a potential hire through direct recruiting, an employment agency or luck of the draw, the petition is yours (the employer). And, if you don't pay for it now you will certainly pay for it in the future.
