Plaintiffs' Memorandum in Opposition to Putnam Fiduciary Trust Company's Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint


This is the plaintiff's opposition to Putnam Fiduciary Trust Company's motion to dismiss the amended complaint in a case brought on behalf of all Cardinal Health employees who held company stock in their 401(k) plans between October 24, 2000 and July 2, 2004. A $40 million settlement agreement has received preliminary approval by the Court.
