7 Mexican day laborers were defamed by Hannity & Colmes/Fox News when the t.v. network published a "wanted poster" created by a notorious Minuteman, John Monti. The poster contained the faces of all 7 day laborers and it was shown all over the world. The wanted poster falsely stated that these 7 men were the subjects of a criminal "manhunt at the border." The court granted Hannity & Colmes' anti-SLAPP motion, and this appeal followed.
