An overview of China's IP law and practice and antitrust implications. China's positions in a number of areas involving the subtle relationship between the protection of IPR and antitrust concerns are still not clear since it has very new antitrust regulations. And it is expected that the approaches taken by other more developed jurisdictions such as the US and European Union will be carefully studied by China's government when it comes to dealing with the relationship between technology and the regulation of competition.
