Employee dismissal quashed by administrative tribunal


Treatment of several procedural failures in the Bank's handling of the case were overlooked, but the employee's dismissal was quashed after a de novo review of all the evidence. The Administrative Tribunal was compelled to substitute its own judgement on the case for that of the various administrative entities within the Bank including the Executive Vice President, after they failed to properly apply the facts to the international organization's law.
