Appellate reply brief in published Wisconsin Court of Appeals case successfully challenging improper denial of Section 8 housing benefits. Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc. represented a client who was denied housing assistance due to alleged criminal activity involving a guest at her apartment. The Court of Appeals overturned the housing authority's denial of assistance, holding the alleged activity did not fall within any of the regulations governing denial of housing assistance. Attorney Korey Lundin was lead counsel in the case, with Attorneys Jeffery Myer, Gai Lorenzen, and Mark Silverman as co-counsel. Williams v. Integrated Cmty.
