Mediation is the most civilized and economical way of ending the martial relationship. The decision to dissolve a marriage is a tough one. It should not be made lightly, but when both parties feel that it is time for them to end their relationship, there is no need for it to be done with animosity or bankrupting themselves in the process. Mediation is a sane, savvy way to end the economic partnership and heal the broken relationship in a way that allows both parties to begin their lives a new without financially devistating themselves in the process and even more importantly allowing the couple to decide things for themselves instead of having an outsider dictate the terms of the their divorce or separation.
