SUMMARY: There has been a nationwide scam, sending letters to business organizations telling them they need to file their company minutes. The Corporate Compliance Business Division was sending out official looking letters and asking for a filing fee.

The Indiana Secretary of State seems to have uncovered who is behind the scam and filed this complaint against them.
