As a child, I know how difficult it is to think about a parent getting older and potentially suffering with memory loss or dementia. Knowing that I may have to make a tough decision for one of my parents is one I will make with a heavy heart. But, we have had the conversations and I know the decisions I will have to make are the decisions that they would make if the could.

As a Charlotte Estate Planning attorney, I know how important it is to have these conversations because I know the ramifications of not having them. Take the opportunity to sit down with them now before it is too late.
