Unfair dismissal - Small Business Fair Dismissal Code - employer suspected employee of theft of goods from veterinary clinic - employee not honest in answering questions about goods in her possession - held dismissal was consistent with the Code - reasonable for employer to conclude she would not have paid for the goods - reasonable to conclude her conduct sufficiently serious to justify immediate dismissal - Unfair dismissal application dismissed.
