Client Estate Plan Information Report

Compiling personal information regarding your assets, advisors, and key contacts can be a vital part of the estate planning process. Client Estate Plan Information Report is an on screen 'fill in' tool designed to help you assemble and store your personal and financial information. It can be used to store, and later amend, key personal and financial information required as you complete your personal estate planning. The information you provide can be stored in your computer system and is available for you to print out for your records. You may also go back and modify your information when updating is required.

Client Estate Plan Information Report is an entirely voluntary tool intended as a centralized resource for you to compile important planning information. If you are ready to formally begin your estate planning, simply e-mail (Attorney@Law-Brooks,com) the completed form and I will e-mail a proposed engagement letter, followed by e-mailed drafts of the pertinent documents, and finally the will signing is scheduled. And then that's off your list.
