This article summarizes 7 years of litigation I had with a toy manufacturer whose product was ultimately recalled by the US Consumer Product Saftey Commission.

I represented families of injured children in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Pennsylvania in both

Federal and State Courts.
