Businesses that want to remain union-free, especially health care businesses in Florida, should pay close attention to the new National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Big Labor has been unable to get any new legislation passed through Congress, but they have taken over the NLRB through Obama's heavily pro-union appointees.
