Further to the original UDRP Complaint, Response (linked to this document), Complainant's Additional Submission, this is the Supplemental Response.

Complainant's Additional Submission was just ugly, demonstrating either a deep misunderstanding of the points raised in the Response or a misrepresentation of those points for rhetorical purposes.

Complainant also attempted to remedy some of its earlier abject failure to even assert facts that might support its claim, but couldn't make a legitimate showing as necessary because of its earlier concessions before the USPTO.

I threw in the procedural point and the Reverse Hijacking point just for kitchen-sink purposes.

Transfer was denied.
