This is the appealatee decision of a reverse discrimination case against a white Cleveland Police Officer. The case affirmed the jury verdict, but granted a remittur on the $800,000 award. The trial court ultimately awarded $300,000. The request for attorney fees, pre and post judgment interest is still pending as of 11/26/10.
