Division of Workers' Compensation posts new fact sheets and guides for injured workers

The Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has posted a series of revised guides and new fact sheets for injured workers on its Web site. Each of the guides is designed to help injured workers fill out forms they may need to get a claim problem resolved through the local workers' compensation court. The fact sheets provide injured workers with answers to frequently asked questions about issues affecting their benefits.
