Brief in opposition to Petition for Writ of Cert regarding the qualifications of Plaintiff's presuit medical expert. The Florida First District Court of Appeal entered a per curiam denied, which upheld the Trial Court's determination that Plaintiff's presuit expert met the statutory qualifications as a medical expert.
