Whaddya Mean You Missed The Deadline???

Early on in my paralegal litigation career, I developed a Case Status Chart to monitor case information and deadlines. While the calendar served an important purpose of tracking some of my important deadlines, I wanted more of a "snapshot" of each case.

By "snapshot", I mean I wanted the Case Status Chart to give me information quickly for each and every case in the event my attorney required case updates by telephone or simply wanted to view this information while I took my lunch break or even when the office was closed.

For example, if I received a call from my attorney asking if or when a complaint was filed, I would review the chart for this information and provide it to him immediately. No time wasted pulling files, thumbing through mounds of paperwork.

Utilization of this chart over the past 16+ years has provided the attorneys and staff with great peace of mind knowing that their cases are being monitored in a highly professional and efficient manner.

Simply request a copy of my basic Case Status Chart. This is a simple Word document that is easy to replicate in an Excel format, if you prefer. Take a moment to visit http://www.AtTheBeachParalegal.com/blog/ to sign up for a copy of the chart.
